As part of the ongoing Phase 2 construction work, the south leg of S. Chapel Street will be closed at Delaware Avenue to reconstruct the concrete pavement. Delaware Avenue and the north leg of S. Chapel Street will remain open during this period. Southbound S. Chapel Street traffic must turn left onto eastbound Delaware Avenue.
For traffic normally accessing Delaware Avenue from S. Chapel Street:
- Detour route along S. Chapel Street will have vehicles turn right onto Wyoming Road, turn left onto Library Avenue to access Delaware Avenue and Library Avenue intersection
For traffic normally accessing S. Chapel Street from Delaware Ave:
- Detour route along Delaware Avenue will have vehicles continue past S. Chapel Street, turn right onto Library Avenue, turn right onto Wyoming Road to access S. Chapel Street
