On Monday, November 29, 2021, Phase 1 construction began on Delaware Avenue from S. Calvary Baptist Church entrance to Tyre Avenue. Delaware Avenue will be reduced to a single travel lane to complete concrete pavement reconstruction on one-half of the road. The audio pedestrian signal at the Delaware Avenue and S. Chapel Street intersect will be temporarily installed at the Pomeroy Trail pedestrian crossing.
